Welcome to my site. I’m glad you have found me and the services I offer. Please contact me if any of these are of interest.

Personal Therapy

Whatever you may be struggling with right now, I am keen to help you find ways forward to better cope with your difficulties. I am a Clinical Psychologist with 17 years working within the NHS, trained in a range of evidence based psychological therapies, so I can find the best approach for you and your individual needs. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we can think together and work towards taking small steps to improve your quality of life.

Supervision

As an experienced clinician, I can offer supervision for your private therapy practice. I have been privately supervising a range of qualified psychologists for the last six years and I have 13 years of NHS experience supervising assistant, trainee and qualified clinical psychologists, as well as numerous allied health staff. I hold a RAPPS (Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors) registered supervision qualification with the BPS (British Psychological Society).

ACADEMIC work

For the last three years, I have been guest lecturing on HIV & Sexual Health at Kingston University on the Masters course ‘Clinical Applications of Psychology’. I have previously been an examiner of academic case reports for the University of Surrey Clinical Psychology Doctoral course. I have also participated in a range of mental health research.

Yoga

The Life Centre in Islington was my home for eighteen months in 2013, where I trained as a yoga instructor with Yogacampus. The grounding practice of yoga and the myriad of breathing techniques I learned has been a wonderful addition to my skillset and enables me to offer a holistic approach to managing psychological distress.

I am based in Stoneleigh, Surrey, and am easily accessible from Worcester Park, Ewell, Epsom, Tolworth, Surbiton, Kingston, New Malden. However, all my work is currently being carried out online due to the pandemic under the advice of the health and care professions council.
